Why Non-Traditional Experience Can Work in Your Favour

When you own the work, you own the conversation. A salaried candidate describing a project often has to acknowledge that decisions were made above them.

You don't have that problem. You decided pricing, hired (or fired), pivoted the model, and lived the consequences.
