IIM Ranchi MBA / MBA-HRM / MBA-BA Batch 2026-28 admissions are through the Joint Admission Process (JAP 2026) coordinated by IIM Raipur, with IIM Kashipur and IIM Tiruchirappalli as partners. Stage 1 = CAT 2025 minimum eligibility cut-offs. Stage 2 = Common PI process (offline) across the 4 JAP IIMs. Final Merit = CAT Component 65% + Profile Score 20% + PI 15%. Bonus marks: +5 for female/transgender candidates (all programs); +5 in MBA-HRM merit for 2-3 years full-time work-ex.

Additional +5 marks for 2-3 years full-time work experience.

MBA-BA eligibility

Full-time UG in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Science/CS/Math/Stats with ≥60% (CGPA equivalent). Must have studied Math/Stats/CS/CA in any semester.
