02
Stage 2 — Composite shortlist for WAT/PI
Composite score using CAT, past academics, undergraduate marks, work experience and diversity factors. PGPM and PGPM-HR shortlists are produced separately.
03
Stage 3 — Written Ability Test + Personal Interview
WAT essay scored on structure, clarity and argument. PI is a panel interview with faculty and external experts. PGPM-HR PI weighs HR career intent more heavily.
04
Stage 4 — Final merit and waitlist
Final scoring combines all components. PGPM and PGPM-HR run independent merit lists. Both lists also publish their own waitlist movement throughout the cycle.
